Ingredients (makes 30-40)500g Butter
1 Cup of sugar
1 Cup of syrup
1/2 Cup of milk
2 Teaspoons of vanilla essence
5 Cups of flour
Preheat oven to 150 Celsius. Soften the butter, add all but the flour and mix well. Add the flour and roll to 1 cm thickness. Cut into shapes as desired. My girl chose Christmas trees, Santa and bells. Place on baking paper on baking trays and bake for 25 minutes or until just golden. Enjoy!
