Wholemeal Rolls

Ingredients
2 Cups of warm/hot water
2 Tablespoons of yeast
2 Tablespoons of honey
4 Cups of wholemeal flour

Add yeast and honey to the water, stir and leave for 15 minutes.
Lightly oil and flour an oven tray or put baking paper down.
Set the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Add the flour and mix well. Dust your hands with flour and separate the dough by half until you have 8 pieces. With more flour on your hands roll these piece lightly into rounds and flatten slightly onto the tray. Don't worry if they look bitty, it adds to their 'crusty-ness'. If you want shaped like these rolls press your shape in now. If you want the rolls shaped you'll need to add more flour at the mixing stage and roll it out instead of half it - cooking times vary to different shapes and sizes though.
Place the tin in the oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and springy to the touch.
Place on a cooling rack for at least 10 minutes.
Enjoy!

Let me know if you try it :)
