Sunday Omelette

Celebrate the fact that it's still the weekend with this scrummy Omelette...

Serves 4-ish :o)

4 rashers of bacon
3 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
some grated cheese
seasons of choice

Fry 4 rashers of bacon. Remove bacon from the pan and scrape the pan of residue with a plastic fish slice (metal damages non-stick pans so don't use them here). Mix the milk and eggs and pour into the pan. While the eggs cook chop the bacon into small pieces then sprinkle over the eggs. Turn on the grill, take the eggs off the heat and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
